Jennifer is a board certified advanced registered nurse practitioner specializing in family practice, woman's health, integrative medicine, thyroid and bio-identical hormone replacement. Jennifer has been a resident of Brevard County for twenty-two years and a registered nurse for thirteen years and an advanced practice registered nurse for over ten years. She has a Masters degree in Social work from the University of Michigan (MSW), and worked as a family social worker for ten years in outpatient and residential treatment settings. She is also a graduate of both Michigan State University (BA) and the University of Central Florida (BSN and MSN). Her experience as a nurse includes working in inpatient labor/delivery and mother/baby as a preoperative, operative and post-operative nurse. She has worked as a nurse practitioner previously at an Internal medicine practices in Suntree and Rockledge, urgent cares in Melbourne and Merritt Island, and at an Integrative Medical family practice in Suntree/Viera. Jennifer’s special interests include integrative medicine (determining why there is illness and fixing the why), weight loss, thyroid and bio-identical hormone replacement, healthy alternatives to medication and making lasting healthy lifestyle changes. She has a personal history of losing over 130 pounds and keeping the weight off for over 10 years. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gourmet cooking, going to the movies and traveling.
